The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. emon88 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds held within them, and withhold any winnings derived from Bets placed through duplicate Accounts.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information if any details change. emon88 shall not be held liable for any delays, Account restrictions, or loss of access resulting from inaccurate or outdated registration information.
emon88 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests and in accordance with our anti-money-laundering policy. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of false or forged documents, will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

emon88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following locally supported payment channels:
All transactions must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). emon88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion at your bank or card issuer's discretion is outside emon88's control.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of successful bank confirmation. emon88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
emon88 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (WIB). Average withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for standard verified Accounts. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
You must not use the emon88 Platform for any money-transfer, money-laundering, or financial-fraud purposes. Depositing funds without genuine intent to place Bets — including systematic deposit-and-withdrawal cycles designed to exploit payment processing infrastructure — is prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant financial authorities.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentive offers made available on the emon88 Platform are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any Promotion-Specific Terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between General Bonus Terms and Promotion-Specific Terms, the Promotion-Specific Terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in Promotion-Specific Terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by emon88 are subject to a wagering requirement of 30 times (30×) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. emon88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if emon88 reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose. Determination of bonus abuse rests solely at emon88's discretion, subject to reasonable evidence.
emon88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion prior to its modification or termination will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in, except where modification is required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
All sports betting markets offered on emon88 — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Platform's Help Center. emon88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time and without prior notice if emon88 reasonably determines that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, poses a regulatory compliance risk, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious Terms violations, emon88 may withhold any Account Balance pending investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (net of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections on Prohibited Conduct, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall continue to apply indefinitely after Account closure.
